Ryan Lank began his career in banking before transitioning to the recruitment of high-level accounting and finance professionals. For more than five years, he has been helping Orange County companies recruit top talent and successfully build accounting and finance departments. Lank views his relationships with clients and candidates as partnerships that he can grow over time.
