Her 18 years of experience inform strong leadership, organized workflows, and integrated collaboration and have been a driving force behind the completion of several multimillion dollar projects. In an industry known for being inflexible, Huynh is adaptive. This allows her to find alternate solutions to any challenge. Her fresh approach to each project and her consistent follow through has helped her create strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors. In 2018, her team was awarded a Commercial Real Estate WomenOrange County (CREW-OC) SPIRE Award for Vans. She attributes her success to working alongside several talented individuals every day building something from nothing.
