After an early career in engineering and product for several global tech leaders, Iocona transitioned into consulting where she has scaled a leading award winning innovation firm that celebrates inclusive entrepreneurship. Committed to giving back, during COVID-19 Iocona not only scaled her internal team but she support other local OC community members through free workshops, mentorship and in kind services. As an example, in partnership with SAPs HanaHaus, she launched the Business Bites innovation series, which is a free monthly webinar series designed to bring business and career advice to the community.
