Allison Rawlins Tift has been with Land Advisors since 2008 and is a residential land broker focused on Orange County infill transactions. After an internship with O'Donnell/Atkins during her senior year of college led to a full-time career in land brokerage post-graduation from USC, Rawlins Tift has represented developers, apartment builders, and public and private homebuilders, most recently closing the largest residential land transaction in 2020 with Toll Brothers at the Nakase Nursery in Lake Forest, which was over $100M for 600+ home sites on 122 acres. She is a licensed real estate broker.
