Following a near ten-year career working in house with the most well-respected development players and marquee projects in Southern California, Jillian Sabaugh founded Ukropina Sabaugh and has expanded the firm's services to include both property owner and tenant representation while building a thriving advisory practice dedicated to merchandise planning, brand positioning and market research. Sabaugh has worked for premier developers such as Caruso Affliated, Westfield and The Irvine Company. Her project work can be seen throughout California at Beverly Center, Lido Marina Village, Runway Playa Vista, Bella Terra, Long Beach Exchange and Fashion Island. The pandemic didn't slow her down as she added three colleagues and added oversees the merchandising for over two million square feet of retail/mixed use projects and notable Tenant clients such as Jean Dousset and Skin Laundry.
