Orange County Business Council Announces New President and CEO

OCBC is pleased to announce Jeffrey Ball as its new President and Chief Executive Officer.

An accomplished executive and financial industry leader with both private and public sector experience, Ball is the founder of Friendly Hills Bank in Whittier where he previously served as President and CEO and is currently Vice Chair. He led the bank through its initial founding, state and federal bank charter status, Initial Public Offering, and continual revenue growth.

Throughout his career, Ball has advanced community development initiatives and successfully advocated for improvements to policies on a state and national level through active engagement with all sides of the political spectrum.

Ball will leverage this experience to guide OCBC’s future growth and elevate its position as one of the region’s most influential voices and trusted advocates for the business community. He replaces Lucy Dunn who retired after leading the organization for 16 years.

“I have been fortunate to work with a variety of business professionals while advocating for the communities they serve, and I look forward to continuing that legacy with OCBC and its staff as we embrace change and build for the future in Orange County and throughout the state,” Ball said.
