THE OCBJ REVIEW

Based on my experience at Roxy’z by Zov’s, an expansion of the new concept is very possible.

The restaurant has been renovated to allow more light, and the interior opens on to the patio. The bar is a focal point near the entrance, and a large chalkboard lists the brews on tap plus signature cocktails.

And then there’s the menu, which takes its cue from Zov’s recipes and then veers into comfort cuisine territory.

Armen Karamardian brought out shrimp and avocado tostados, garlic smashed fingerling potatoes, pork belly hummus, and a spicy lamb sausage pizza— all perfect examples of Roxy’z foray into fun food.

Roxy’z menu includes a kebob platter, five different pizzas, burgers and sandwiches, and salads. And best of all, parking is free and a few steps from the Roxy’z entrance.
