Liz Correa was a pivotal part of the founding team at C3 Tech and continues to be a pillar of the company by improving talent acquisition, boosting morale, reducing turnover, and managing work from home policies. As work from home necessity ebbed and flowed, Correa acknowledged the importance of ongoing evaluation and adaptation to meet the changing needs of employees and the company. Not only does she keep up to date with changing employee policies, but she works everyday to ensure each and every employee is cared for and appreciated through her Culture Club task force.
